We are a busy restaurant and bar on the beautiful Albert Dock, serving a fabulous range of food and drink.
We are looking for a experienced waiting staff who have experience in very busy restaurants with very high standards. You need to be able to provide friendly, elegant and informal service, making our guests feel special and working to our clear order of service. We attract a lovely crowd who really love our product. You need to have an outgoing and engaging personality and be a fabulous ambassador for Lunya.
The salary is the equivalent of £10,42 per hour and we also have a service charge added to all bills which is split amongst all the staff each month. We offer a range of staff discounts as well. The job does include working weekends and evenings. We have a fantastic reputation and are a great place to work. We offer a competitive salary, bonuses and all of our staff share their tips via a tronc system. (A full timer should expect an additional £500 on top of the quoted salary per month)
The successful applicant will be trained to high standards of customer service in serving tapas, gaining knowledge of Spanish cuisine, as well as wines and spirits.
