Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Drinks Production Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the production of various drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The role will require the candidate to operate production equipment, monitor production processes, and maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.

This is a full time job (40 hours a week). There's going to be required work at nighttime as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of drinks according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Operate production equipment, such as mixers, bottling machines, and packaging equipment.
  • Monitor production processes, such as ingredient mixing, carbonation, and sterilization.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including cleaning production equipment, sanitizing work surfaces, and following safety procedures.
  • Assist with quality control checks and record-keeping.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or deviations from quality standards to the production manager.
  • Assist with inventory management, including organizing raw materials and finished products.

Requirements:

  • A levels or higher
  • A full UK drivers license
  • Ability to work at night time (approximately 2 times a week)
  • Prior experience in a production environment preferred.
  • Level 2 food hygiene certificate or Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to operate production equipment and perform quality control checks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, not including weekends
