Due to continued growth and future plans we wish to recruit a Sales Administrator exclusively for Silka brand - an Aluminium window system designed for the future, Silka is one of the warmest aluminium windows on the market, wrapped up in a luxurious, striking package.

The role presents an excellent opportunity to make an impact and grow the business.

Your roles and responsibilities will include:

Quotations Management:

  • Liaise with the Prospect Customer and the Silka Customer Services/Technical Department regarding quotation requirements and backup documentation including plans and window schedules
  • Read all specification documents and drawings received from Architects/Clients. Provide detailed quotations for windows and doors. Using software such as Logikal to provide accurate drawings and calculations.
  • Communicating with customers via telephone and email, updating progress and answering queries.
  • Liaise with Area Sales Managers regarding quotation follow ups
  • Manage the update of quotations to the CRM system
  • Maintain Quotation KPI reports

Order Management:

  • Be responsible for customer orders which are received by e-mail and via online portal processing the orders ready for production, while also providing customer service for amendments
  • Process customer orders and translate technical specifications to enable accurate production
  • Prepare Order Confirmations and ensure that they are accurate and correct to the Customers requirements and within the agreed timeframe
  • Liaise with the Finance Department regarding Sales Order deposits
  • Manage and update the Sales Orders Pipeline on the Asana system
  • Maintain Sales Order KPI reports

About you:

  • Experience in the door and window industry processing orders is an advantage, the ability to learn new skills is a must.
  • Confident and organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Drive and ambition to develop technical knowledge of the products we supply.
  • Ability to receive and process orders quickly and efficiently with the ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines set.
  • Good problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday
