About the Team
TikTok Shop UK is growing and we're looking for a strategically creative channel manager to help facilitate the growth of our seller base through 'edutainment' based content. The objective of the role is to drive seller performance at scale through the use of TikTok Shop's Academy. This role is suited for an individual with strong related experience, confident creativity and uses data strategically to the business's advantage.
- Oversee the TikTok Shop Academy, a platform designed to educate sellers on how to optimise their presence and sales with TikTok Shop UK.
- Conceptualise, create and execute seller educational content, tutorials, and resources with essential TikTok Shop business and operation knowledge to ensure sellers have access to the latest and most relevant information. Continuously improve the Academy's curriculum based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Work closely with the Product team to incorporate relevant content into the seller product features to improve knowledge accessibility throughout the whole seller journey.
- Partner with Data/Product teams to develop analytic framework. Track, report and evaluate on-platform asset engagement and impact on overall seller growth and revenue.
- Conduct research to identify emerging techniques and market gaps, and propose innovative solutions to drive seller performance and satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, 5+ years experience in eCommerce relevant area with strong knowledge of the UK e-commerce landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation.
- Product background or relevant experience is preferred.
- Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain difficult concepts simply.
- Ability to create and deliver creative content (text, image and video) is preferred.
- Must be data driven and have the ability to deal with complex business analysis and drive strategic opportunities.
- Good at cross-team collaboration and moving things forward, ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people.
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient, ability to cope well under pressure.
- Must be London-based.
