Our client in Hove is a well-established recruitment consultancy with 40 employees. They’re looking for a proactive individual to join them as an Operations Administrator.

Salary £23,000 - £25,000 DOE
10% annual bonus on top of salary
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Hove office
Must have office administration experience
Hybrid working available after probation

This is a very fast-paced environment so a can-do, positive attitude and company fit will be important.
Key duties:
- Providing administrative support to the Operations team
- Managing office space and maintaining supplies
- Supporting Operations Manager with organising team events
- Assisting with arranging client events and conferences
- Liaising with new internal starters and ensuring compliance with all new starter HR administration
- Ensuring all employees have the correct documents and rights to work
- Database maintenance and report generation
- Updating and managing company spreadsheets
- Providing basic IT support to the team (no experience needed)
