Sales Lead Generator
£25,000 basic + Commission rising OTE £35,000 Uncapped!
Remote
Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5pm

About the role
Sat within our flourishing Sales department, the Sales Lead Generator will play a pivotal role in generating new business through outbound calling to create interest in our amazing, and most trusted utility comparison service. The Sales Lead Generator will be responsible for building their own Lead Generation pipeline from our data asset.
You will take advantage of our full sales training, through the continued support of a dedicated learning and development team, to help you to be the best you could ever be.
Sales Lead Generator main duties include:
- As a Sales Lead Generator you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to prospective businesses, where you will gain specific information around the renewal of their business energy and business utility contracts
- Using fact finding and rapport building skills during calls to deliver a first-class service to potential customers and advise them of how Love Energy Savings can support them in saving money on their Energy and Utility bills, potentially encompassing a pitch and close model
- Creating a pipeline of contacts to continually nurture and treat as your own business
- Through discussions with customers, obtaining details from relevant Business Utility bills
- Working to various KPI targets including an average 200 – 250 dials per day
Sales Lead Generator experience/skills required:
- Self-motivated with the drive to create a sense of ownership of own sales calls
- Persistent, determined, and confident while not being afraid to ask for business
- Good understanding of business process and structures
- Goal orientated, both in personal and work life
- Target driven, hard-working and motivated
- Previous outbound lead generation experience is essential, you could have worked in any of the following: B2B sales, B2C sales, outbound sales, lead generation, telesales, account management, business development
