Being an Assistant Manager in Greene King Locals is all about delivering a truly unique and outstanding experience to your customers. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Front of House teams to be the best they can be - passionate & knowledgeable about our food, local ales and fine wines, as well as innovating ways to become the heart of their community. Quizzes, gin tastings, music evenings - you'll find no two Greene King Local pubs are the same! Our Assistant Managers come from many different backgrounds. Perhaps you are already a successful Assistant Manager in hospitality, retail or other fast paced industry, or an established team leader ready for the next step. Salary: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
