Directly connected to Terminal 4 of Heathrow Airport, the Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn Express T4 is a dual-branded hotel with 761 bedrooms in total and offers a range of food and beverage outlets, as well as 5 meeting rooms.
Night Receptionist 23,400 per annum + great benefitsWe are looking for a Night Receptionist who will represent our brand by delivering and exceeding our guest expectations. The Night Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and looking after our guests during the nights at the hotel reception, ensuring they receive excellent customer service at all times.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Night Receptionist in a hotel would be beneficial but not essential
- You will be obsessed about brand standard, with a real passion for hospitality
- You will have the ability to remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment
- You are a motivated and hardworking individual, a team player that always lead by example with a high standard of presentation
