Exciting opportunity to join our HQ Team as a Data Administrator and IT Helpdesk Support
You will need to have meticulous administration and data entry logging skills and a willing and helpful manner to handle and log internal IT issues.
- Monitor IT helpdesk - first response for enquiries, triage and assign tickets
- Keep in regular communication with staff with progress updates
- Order, set up and dispatch equipment (IT and phones)
- Keep user and asset databases up to date
- Maintain and monitor reports across all internal systems
- Use of portals and excel
- Assist Tech team with projects
