We are looking for a number of Contact Centre colleagues to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. You need to be prepared to work 5 over 7 shifts.
You will be part of a large team, which works at pace, ensuring the accurate administration of HR Processes for our valued employees and providing great customer service to a wide range of internal and external customers.
A typical day will be responding to and resolving customer questions and issues as well as processing tasks and activities requested by our customers by telephone, email and through a ticket resolution system.
You will be collaborating with managers, team leaders, team colleagues, customers and other business partners whilst completing HR administration tasks as part of the employment lifecycle, recommending ways to improve the ways we do things where it would benefit the customer experience
It's a fast-paced agile environment and we are looking for like-minded individuals with strong attention to detail and work ethic who can provide best-in-class support and services.
About You
You will need to be organised with high attention to detail and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload. Ideally, you will have Contact Centre, Customer Service and/or Administration experience however training will be given. IT and Microsoft skills are essential.
