Here at Dog Bowl we are currently recruiting for a part time Bartender to work closely with our existing team.
A little about us:
We’re a Bar, Restaurant, Bowling alley & retro Arcade bar. Located in Manchester City centre on Whitworth street west. We are open 12pm – Midnight Sunday – Thursday and 12pm – 2am Friday & Saturdays. Shift patterns can vary but we can be flexible.
We’re owned and operated by people who have worked their way up from the bottom themselves, so actually know what they’re doing!
As the venue is quite varied we require people who are flexible, organised and able to use their initiative to ensure all customers are happy.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests
- Serving customers
- Create good & consistent cocktails
- Deliver fab customer service
- Set up the bar / close down
- Be a solid member of the team
- Represent the brand at all times in a positive manner
- Assist other departments where needed
Skills / Knowledge desired but not required:
- Experience on the bar itself is great but not a necessity as all training will be provided
- Loyal & honest
- Hard grafter but can have a laugh
- Good attendance and promptness
- Polite, friendly & confident
- Organised and ability to multi task

This is a part time position working 2-3 shifts per week. Hours/ shift pattern does vary.
