This Role
As a key team member, you will contribute to maximising the performance of the branch by providing an effective and efficient internal sales service.
- Answering incoming calls and sales enquiries
- Informing customers when deliveries will take place
- Booking on new enquires to our CRM system
- Running manufacturing details for the shop floor production team
- Order materials for stock and stock counting
- Printing outgoing delivery tickets and A3 customer drawings
- Effectively dealing with sales enquiries
- Following up/chasing quotes
- Taking truss designs, producing quotes to end user
- Processing sales orders/call offs
- Actively maintaining and developing existing customer accounts and relationships
- Targeting new accounts
- Ensuring PODs entered back in the CRM system
- Filing and administration
- Logistics planning
- Accurately producing quotes and processing sales.
- Actively maintaining and developing existing customer accounts and relationships.

Our Perfect Candidate
Our perfect candidate will have the following attributes:
- Work experience gained in a customer services role is essential and a desire to build a career in telephone sales and account management.
- A passion to build a career in sales and strong customer service skills and experience are required.
- Telephone sales or face to face customer services experience is desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Strong IT skills that include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email & Web) awareness and experience is essential.
- Strong data entry skills and high levels of accuracy are essential.
Hours for the role are working Monday to Thursday from 9am to 3.00pm – 22 hours
