As a Specification Technologist in Media City, you’ll be an integral part of both the Research and Development function and Cross-Functional Packaging End to End Team. For Packaging, you’ll support a pipeline of packaging initiatives from idea to execution. For the Research and Development, you’ll focus on coordinating, collating, and maintaining system specifications using state of the art business platforms. Your role will be based in Media City on a hybrid work schedule coming in 2 days a week.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Manage technical packaging and sustainability data in our Product Lifecycle Management System.
- Analyze data and apply statistical methodologies to establish recommendations and specifications.
- Support plant trials and testing to validate recommendations.
- Ensure the Product Specification system is correctly used to establish accurate product data and specifications.
- Maintain SAP based specification system including populating ingredient, packaging specifications and final product recipes and data.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office particularly Excel- A clear and concise communicator with the ability to work well independently or in a team environment
- Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong rapport-building abilities with negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure data and specification integrity
