Walker Slater, a leading clothing company, is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an integral role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse.
Responsibilities:
· Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials
· Picking and filling orders from stock
· Packing and shipping orders to customers
· Managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse
· Performing regular inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
· Operating warehouse equipment.
· Performing other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.
· Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Basic computer skills.
· Valid driving license is a plus.
