Salary: £25,000-27,000 dependent on experience and location
Our Estates team are looking for an administrator to join their team to provide administrative and clerical support on key projects and day to day activities. This role is flexible in terms of location with the option to be based in London, Manchester or Sheffield with hybrid working - 2/3 days in office per week and the rest of the week working from home.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Raising of POs and PO reconciliation to ensure prompt processing of all paperwork.
- Contractor liaison in relation to procurement; purchase orders and invoice queries
- Involvement in regular valuation process with external suppliers, agreeing payments and resolving queries.
- Processing invoices and providing any necessary information to the iQ Payments team in accordance with financial regulations
- Inbox management for maintenance requests including generation of email content to accompany PO's to contractor.
- Preparation of management information in relation to budget spend; budget revisions; and budget corrections.
- Point of contact for Estates team administration and queries regarding Planon (Estates team CAFM system). Uploading changes to the estate to Planon.
- Initiation of requests to the Estates Team in relation to the revision of budgets between sites
- Oversee the recording of requests in relation to YARDI and ensuring adequate recording of financial information into the appropriate folders on the shared drive.
- Be a point of contact for other internal teams for requests of a general nature ensuring they are directed to the correct team person.
- General administration/clerical duties to support the Estates team.
