Opportunity at RRG Toyota, Rochdale – Valeter
We are looking to recruit for experienced Valeters within the RRG Group.
Duties involve the full valeting of vehicles, paying particular attention to detail ensuring all cars are cleaned to an extremely high standard. Other general driving/cleaning and site maintenance duties involved such as mopping, sweeping and general tidying and cleanliness.
The successful applicant will have the ability to use their own initiative, be a team player and have an eye for detail. Experience in a similar position would be advantageous, and knowledge of Smart repair but this is not essential. Benefits as expected of a large organisation.
The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.30pm half hour lunch and every Saturday morning 8.30am – 12.30pm = 46.5 hours
The role is to put vehicles through the car wash and to vacuum the interior of cars in for service and repair. There is a daily list of the cars coming into the department.
It is a very busy department and co-ordination is the key to success in ensuring all cars are cleaned within the day.
The job entails driving vehicles on site - customer vehicles and RRG vehicles so a full driving licence is required. We provide on-site parking for employees.
The applicant should be presentable and adaptable to changing situations dependant on the weather (i.e. if the car wash is frozen a steam cleaner will need to be operated)
