Our business is expanding and we are looking for someone to help keep us organised and ticking all those admin boxes.
Responsibilities include:
Processing invoices for two separate accounts
Dealing with event enquiries and keeping our team organised with meetings and event calendars
Completing a list of weekly set actions to help keep us on track with our goals and calendar.
The plus of this role is the flexibility that comes with it. We are looking for someone to complete around 15 hours of admin per week. This can be completed from the comfort of your own home/ environment and gives you the autonomy to complete it around any other responsibilities you may have. We would expect regular check-ins which again can be scheduled around our shared commitments.
