About the Role

We're looking for an Underground Lead to lead our Underground team while working in the field. Reporting to the Install Manager, you'll be focused on stabilizing and growing our Underground Business Unit. The Underground Lead prepares teams to safely and skillfully execute sold sewer line replacement work and more.

We offer extensive training at our in-hours training facility, Caccia University. Caccia University is held every Wednesday night at about 5pm to 7pm. We go over some of the basic plumbing techniques to the most complex. It isn't required, but we want you to take opportunity of the training we have to become the best plumber you can be and become a Master Plumber at your own pace. We also provide food for the attendees, so come with an open mind and an open stomach. Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Associate Degree/Certificate, or work experience in related trades.
• Pipe bursting experience
• Excavation experience
• Experience in trench-less sewer pulls
• Experience managing people
• Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Must have the ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Must be able to stand, crouch, dig and climb for long periods of time and carry greater than 45lbs.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and using standard applications like Excel and Word.
