While working as an on-site Team Member, you will wear a few different hats and toggle between different job duties. You’ll have the opportunity to: Present a positive, friendly image to the public and warmly greet all customers Be a happiness engineer, attracting customers and drawing them to the car wash Prep vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel, attending to hard to clean areas Use hand signals and directions to assist customers with proper & safe vehicle loading Ensure member areas are stocked with clean towels and chemicals for interior use Engage in active and energetic face-to-face marketing campaigns with drive by traffic Complete any other tasks given by a manager or supervisor Perks & Benefits of working with Rocket: Flexible shifts and scheduling; we are willing to work around school schedules!
