Synehcron’s Graduate Programme commences in Sept 2023 and is open to ambitious, professional and dedicated Technology graduates. The programme offers the opportunity for specialist training, client facing projects, travel and career progression.
Working with the world’s leading tier-1 financial institutions and technology firms, the first year will offer exposure to all Practices across the business to ensure specialisation in the area of your choice. You will be hands on supporting, building and designing solutions with clients and on/ offshore teams. This is a fast paced and demanding role with a supportive and sociable team to help guide you through the year and ensure a successful start to your career.

Looking for:
- Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology-related degree (2023)
- Non STEM degree also considered with proven interest in technology, programming, engineering, data, AI or UX/UI design
- Interest in professional services
- Desire to learn, develop and work collaboratively
- Ability to travel internationally
- Right to work in UK
