At Reqiva we are partnered with a fantastic tech for good software company who are market leaders in road safety, training and awareness software.
They are currently looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join them as a vital member of the IT team, you will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, including marketing and product management. Working hand in hand with cross-functional product teams, your role will revolve around conceptualizing and delivering design solutions that are not only technically sound but also add significant value.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Drive innovation through the creation of inspiring UX and UI solutions, leaving a lasting impact on our teams and customers.
- Take ownership of design challenges from inception to completion, ensuring our solutions consistently meet the needs of our customers. You will actively involve customers in the design process and be a passionate advocate for the users within our organization.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and actively participate in research initiatives to gain deeper insights into customer problems and validate potential solutions.
- Embrace an iterative approach, rigorously testing and refining our design solutions to ensure our end products effectively address user needs.
- Collaborate closely with the development team, contributing your expertise in crafting high-quality CSS code within a React framework.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Proficiency in designing with React and CSS, showcasing your technical prowess.
- A creative and innovative mindset, ready to inspire both our internal teams and our valued customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to take ownership of design challenges and drive them to successful resolution.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers alike.
