We are looking to recruit an experienced and qualified IT Technician. With previous experience in a similar role, you will have a recognised IT or Computer Science Qualification.
You will have experience of user support for general IT issues including desktops, laptops, printing and network connections. You will have had experience in user account management, device provisioning and administration of Microsoft 365 including email, OneDrive and SharePoint. You should also have an understanding of network concepts such as VLANs, firewalls, routing and monitoring and WiFi connectivity for laptop and mobile phone devices.
As the primary point of contact for all Service Desk enquiries, you will support the College community including staff, Fellows and students for all IT, AV and telephone related issues. Also providing IT and audio visual service to conference guests.
Supporting the IT Director and IT Manager you will assist with project work as required to help drive effective and efficient ways of working.
In addition, you will have excellent communication skills, a customer service driven approach, be organised and able to manage your own time.
