Location: Newbury or London + Hybrid *
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

What you’ll do

As a Junior Scrum Master, you'll develop and lead high-performing, multi-discipline teams, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive to succeed. Building great products that delight our customers and transform the way they engage with us (and the way we support them) is why we're here, but we're also building a world-class capability to build and ship high quality products, leading the way across Vodafone to transform the way we deliver our solutions.

  • You will be Challenging and improving the operation of the team, driving their performance and capability to succeed.
  • You will be regularly embedding operating models that value ownership, responsiveness, predictability and transparency.
  • You’ll be responsible for mentoring and executing Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices, embedding DevOps behaviours and principles driving a model of continuous delivery.
  • You will ensure the path is clear for your team, removing blockers, facilitating discussions, enabling seamless communications and working with the Product Owner to clarify the product backlog ahead.
  • You will be ensuring your teams drive their deliveries with quality, innovation and automation at the heart.


Who you are

  • You will showcase a proven track record of guiding teams on the use of scrum, self-organisation and continuous improvement by building and coaching teams to high levels of maturity.
  • You will possess experience in facilitation, collaboration, situational awareness and influencing across teams and departments.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and experience inside and outside of the team, improving transparency and cross-fertilisation of information.
  • You will showcase experience of Agile using a scaled methodology
  • You will ideally possess a Scrum Master certification or equivalent certification
