Are you super organised and like helping others?
We are looking for a new Team Manager for our domestic cleaning business based out of our offices at Seacroft and Thorp Arch near Wetherby. You will be responsible for ensuring our cleaning team have all the correct keys, equipment, etc ready for the day, plus you will be managing the team throughout the day, including providing training and support to both new and existing team members and providing cleaning services alongside other team members to help out and to cover absences.
Based at our Seacroft office at least 3 mornings a week, but covering North Leeds and Wetherby areas, we are looking for someone reliable, positive and helpful. Some experience of cleaning preferred and you must have great admin skills, including working knowledge of computers.
Our main criteria for this role is reliability as this will be a key role to ensure every day starts off right for our team, but we are also looking for someone who is keen to learn, has a positive attitude and genuinely likes working with other people.
You will have lots of support from our management team as you settle in and throughout, plus we'll provide you with full training to ensure you are confident and happy in your role.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £11.00 per hour
