- Assist with the onboarding and de-boarding of new colleagues following established business processes
- Ensuring structure charts, asset registers, key contact lists are kept up to date
- Processing stationary orders and tracking
- To support with the co-ordination of adhoc projects/tasks as required
- Training - arrange and track team compliance of mandatory e-learning via company learning portal, whilst taking responsibility for your own compliance.
- Conduct other administrative duties such as filing, answering phone calls, diary management and responding to emails and preparing documents
- Processing team holiday and sickness
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point skills
- Basic knowledge of Project Management Methodology (Prince2) to support our Project Manager from time to time
- Integrity and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- High standard of literacy skills and accuracy
- Strong team player, can do attitude, willingness to assist with admin tasks to support the team
- Self-motivated and ability to adapt to a changing environment
