We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and help create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and generate leads. This position requires a creative thinker who is able to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, as well as an understanding of how to use various platforms to reach different audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts and create content for them.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms.
- Analyse social media data to identify trends and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Develop relationships with influencers and other industry professionals.
- Create reports on social media performance.
