We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our pick & pack team at Ruched & Ready, hours are flexible Monday - Friday and may change during busy periods.
Picker/Packer Job Responsibilities:
- Print orders, postage labels, picks and packs product based on daily orders.
- Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Keeps products separated, organised and in good rotation in the warehouse, keeping the pack area & stock tidy at all times.
- Replenishes stock & packing materials such as boxes for customer orders.
- Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems & return issues.
- Opens returns, processes refunds & exchanges.
- Able to reply to customer enquiries via email
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Monday - Friday: 9am/10am - 4/5pm (We are currently hiring for full time positions, start time and finish time can vary depending on busy periods)
Warehouse location: Liverpool, L24
Hourly pay: £10.50-£11 per hour

Picker/Packer Qualifications/Skills:
- Organisation & good time management
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication
- Ability to work in a team & independently
Experience Requirement:
- 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
