About us
At Marsh School we are so very proud to have been one of the first schools in the UK to receive a National School Nurture Award – this amazing award is testament to the nurturing and inspiring culture lived by staff and pupils alike every day in our school.
Our school environment is welcoming, bright and purposeful and visitors frequently comment upon the friendly, polite children and the happy atmosphere. Our whole school culture is underpinned by the principles of growth mindset where mistakes are viewed as valuable opportunities to learn and grow. The dedicated and highly skilled staff ensure that the curriculum is rich and inspirational, engaging all children and meeting the needs of individuals.
Children’s learning and well-being is placed at the heart of everything we do at the Marsh. We promote aspiration for our children and work with families to encourage them to strive to be the best that they can be within a supportive and secure framework. Through exciting experiences, we aim to help our children develop lively, enquiring minds with a lifelong passion for learning.
One parent has said of child’s experience at Marsh, “Lessons are inspiring and engaging and lead the children to be inquisitive and want to learn more. I would definitely recommend this lovely school to friends – it’s a gem!”
