Job Overview
We’re seeking an experienced IT manager who has the technological skills to make us even more efficient. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of network maintenance, experience as a manager, and advanced industry knowledge. The IT manager will have an immediate impact on the day-to-day efficiency of our operations and a long-term impact on our overall growth.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Supervising and mentoring IT department employees, as well as providing IT support.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Train employees to use software and hardware; troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
- Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups
Required skills and qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in IT management
- Deep knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (ex: G-Suite, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, SharePoint administration), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and systems performance monitoring
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, networks security and related technologies.
- Familiarity with proximity card door systems
- Strong creative and analytical thinking
- Excellent working knowledge of VOIP phone systems
- Experience with Website management
- Computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
- Professional certifications preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
