Sustainable Finance Knowledge & Content Manager
London
As a Barclays Sustainable Finance Knowledge & Content Manager you will play a part in Barclays’ ambition to deliver USD 1trillion in sustainable and transition finance and a market leading sustainable finance franchise. The role of Knowledge & Content Manager is part of the SF Execution team, and has as the primary focus to ensure the accurate replication of client and market content across various platforms and channels, as well as maintaining and updating the knowledge library with the relevant information.

- Creating a centre of excellence for the development and utilisation of client / market content across Sustainable Finance teams in the Corporate and Investment bank
- Instituting processes and a culture that promote the sharing of content across various platforms and channels internally and externally
- Managing and maintaining the knowledge library, organizing and categorizing information for easy access and retrieval
- Developing and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for content replication and knowledge library management
- Ensuring that all content is accurate, up to date and consistent with the Sustainable Finance ambitions, guidelines and Barclays’ content and format standards
- Reviewing content created, making recommendations for improvement as needed
- Researching and gathering new information and resources to add to the knowledge library
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure that content is aligned with business goals and objectives
- Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in content management
- Experience with Sustainable Finance content

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as; a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links.
