Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as a Level 4 Data Analyst apprentice.

The incoming candidate will guide new CMAP clients through a smooth implementation of CMAP, performing the role of Onboarding Data Analyst.
They will be responsible for importing a client’s existing data into CMAP as well as supporting clients to validate the accuracy and completeness of the data once imported. Importing data into CMAP will be performed using our in-house CMAP Data Import Tool.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the data for a portfolio of CMAP Onboarding Projects and will lead key client meetings, such as the Data Call and Pre-Launch Call.
Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Use Excel and our in-house Data Import Tool to help clients pull together existing data and import it into CMAP.
- Support clients to validate the accuracy and completeness of the data once imported.
- Respond to client’s questions, issues, and concerns as they implement CMAP in a concise and clear manner, particularly in relation to data.
- Provide clear and concise feedback to Clients on data cleanliness / data issues prior to importing into CMAP.
- Help to maintain the suite of supporting client documentation that has been prepared to help clients implement CMAP effectively, particularly documentation relating to Data Import and Data Validation.
- Submit weekly timesheets in a timely manner.

Experience and core skills:
- Intermediate Excel skills are essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, review and validate the quality, completeness and format large datasets.
- Able to demonstrate good analytical thinking, along with strong data manipulation skills.
- Able to provide feedback on the quality and completeness of data, including the ability to highlight issues in a clear and succinct manner.
- Strong written communication skills, able to author client emails and other written communications with minimal oversight.
- Ability to take ownership to deliver project activities successfully, managing client expectations, with minimal senior oversight.
- Strong time management and able to deliver project activities within budget.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks that arise during a Project.
- Ability to lead meetings and delivering services to clients.
Entry requirements:
Standard entry:
- Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc)
- OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)
Plus:
- 5 GCSE's, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
- Experience with using Excel and Microsoft products (or similar)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
