JOB TITE: Customer Services Advisor (Insurance)

MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
To manage client communications, by interacting directly with new and existing clients and to complete the administration of a policy.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering incoming calls
- Handling enquiries
- Offering customers products and services
- Performing administrative functions
- Updating client accounts
- Processing customer correspondence
- Validating customer documentation received
- Contacting customers regarding their policies
- Handling confidential information including client bank details
- Taking payments over the telephone
- Liaise with Insurers
- Adhere to guidelines set by the Financial Conduct Authority
- Comply with the Data Protection Act

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

BASIC SALARY: £24,125 and this will increase to £25,125 after successful completion of your probation (anywhere between 3 - 6 months depending on performance). You will also receive a monthly performance bonus which will increase your salary significantly.
PERFORMANCE RELATED BONUS £400 - £1000 p/m
RCIB Profit Share Scheme: In 2023, RCIB are introducing an annual profit share scheme. In short, all eligible staff at Right Choice Insurance Brokers will be part of the ‘RCIB Profit Share Scheme’ which enables staff to earn up to 25% of their basic salary based on the performance metric criteria set out within the scheme.
Working Hours - Rotating every 3 weeks
Week 1 : 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
Week 2: 10 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5 pm Saturday
Week 3: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,125.00-£33,000.00 per year
