New Horizons Care are a unique organisation providing specialist complex care throughout Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SUPPORT WORKER WHO LOVES BEING OUT IN THE COMMUNITY WITH THE CLIENT AND VISITING NEW PLACES!!!! AND SUPPORTING OUR CLIENTS TO LEAD THEIR BEST LIFE!!!
We are currently seeking Support Workers to provide care and support to our client based in the Le3 area of Leicester. Duties will include supporting with household tasks,medication, personal care, visiting places in the community and supporting with complex needs.
Hours of work are. Agreed shifts will be on a rota basis and additional shifts with other clients can be discussed if you are seeking full time hours.
08.00 am till 5.00pm
monday and thursday
waking night
Monday through to Sunday
22.00pm till 08.00am
Car driver
Must be reliable and committed in order to develop a trusting ongoing relationship and for us to have a robust care team in place at all times.
