Shakermaker Required 20 to 35 hours per week General description:

As a member of staff you'll please thousands of people with the best milkshakes in the North East. You'll create that all-important first impression for customers, setting the standard of service that keeps people returning again and again. Your role will involve serving customers with a huge variety of milkshakes, keeping your work area clean and tidy, promotional activities and distributing leaflets as and when required.
Ideal candidates should have
- Previous experience within retail or similar environment.
- The ability to make our customer's experience a truly exceptional one so they return time and time again.
- The ability to work on your own initiative, as part of a team and to cope with changing priorities.
- A calm and resilient work ethic with the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Tasks General Duties
- Taking orders, serving customers and using the till.
- Making milkshakes
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Deep cleaning shop after closing.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure that all customer orders are processed as quickly as possible and to the highest standards
- Ensure that any customer complaints are dealt with in accordance with company policy
- Sales
- Ensure that visual merchandising standards are achieved and that all products are displayed in accordance with company policy
- Promotion
- Promotional activities such as leaflet distribution.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £6.83-£9.50 per hour

Experience:
- Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)
