What are we looking for?
We are looking for an energetic Head Receptionist to join our front of house team. You will be an ambassador for The Dilly, putting the needs of our guests first to make sure there is never a missed opportunity to deliver show stopping moments.
This role is responsible for processing all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, thoughtfully assigning rooms and ensuring all guest needs are gauged promptly.
What will you bring?
·A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the hospitality industry– training will be provided
·Strong communication skills
·Proactive and reliable attitude
·A passion for guest service

Please note, this is shift work, Monday to Sunday with Early, Middle, Late and some times night shifts. All requests for special occasions are honoured.

Salary: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
