Job description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the barand food production areas
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise staff members, including bartenders and assistant managers
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work areas
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and ensure smooth operations

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Note: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, specifically in coffee shops, banquets, catering, or hotels, is highly preferred.
