The Role - 20 hrs contracted
We are looking for candidates who have had at least 1 year experience in a leisure environment in a similar role and to possess outstanding customer service skills.
The role of Supervisor will be extremely ‘hands on’ with duties including the following:
· Supporting the Senior Management in all areas of the Park.
· Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to at all times.
· Able to implement strategies and processes for the park.
· Opening and closing the Trampoline Area – ensuring that the Courts Team runs smoothly and safely throughout its opening hours.
- Assisting with food and beverage duties (Hot Drinks and Food Prep)
- Serving on the front of house and soft play desks
· Maintaining the highest standards and cleanliness throughout the park at all times.
· Be able to deliver outstanding customer service skills.
· Ensure that all staff are undertaking and completing their designated jobs
· Be confident and proficient in using the booking system and able to process, amend and troubleshoot problems and queries.
· Take a lead in ensuring park maintenance/safety and repair is reported and addressed promptly.
The Person
· Must be a self-starter, motivated individual with excellent leadership skills
· Must have a clear understanding of all aspects of health and safety
· Must be a confident and clear communicator who is able to deal with staff and customers in a professional and courteous manner
· Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
· A minimum of 1 year experience and ability within a similar role
· A First Aid Qualification / willingness to undertake the course. · Successful candidates will be expected to work a shift pattern which will include weekend, evenings and Bank Holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £11.60 per hour
