We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Kelowna, BC Dealership as a Warranty Writer. This is a Full-Time, Regular position.
The primary focus of the Warranty Writer is to effectively and efficiently deal with all aspects of warranty administration, from initiating a warranty claim to submitting for final payment.

JOB DUTIES:
- Discussing warranty concerns with customer and RV Service Technician
- Starting initial contact with the manufacturer to describe warranty concern
- Providing the manufacturer with digital pictures of defect and estimate of repair hours needed to complete the task
- Preparing documentation under the appropriate job on the work order
- Placing all warranty parts orders (including obtaining approval from manufacturer, ordering, receiving and signing them out to the proper work order).
- Ensuring manufacturers are billed accurately
- Scheduling service customer appointments and ensuring follow up with your customers
- Completing work order and collecting payment for work once service is complete Performing additional duties as directed by the General Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have warranty Administration training and/or experience
- Have customer service experience and be service orientated
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be a strong team player
- Have the ability to prioritize and stay organized
- Have problem solving and analytical skills
- Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Have secondary education and or related experience
