As a Switchboard Operator, you will be working within the Front of the Office Department and report directly to the Front Of Office Manager and Guest Relations Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide an efficient and polite telecommunications service to AA & LQA standards for our guests and internal customers.
- Redirect all external calls to the right departments and member of staff.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, outlook.
- Assist guests with with any queries as per standards and communicate effectively with the Front of House Team.
- Review and manage the telephone directory .
- update guests reservations with special request.
- Help increasing the F&B revenue by making reservations for the F&B Outlets.
