Store Assistant (Full-Time/ Part-time)
YIFANG TAIWAN FRUIT TEA, the leading company in the bubble/fruit tea industry is looking for 3 enthusiastic Store Assistant at our new brand store YiFang Leadenhall Market. If you are interested to work with us in any of our store, please apply now.
Store operating 7 days a week. Depends on your schedule and other team members for the store, you will be allocated to a shift rota.
What are you going to do:
- Daily store preparation
- Beverage production
- Orders, cashiers and store customer services related
- General cleaning and store maintenance
- Other tasks that are related to store operation
What we ask:

- A positive and friendly person
- A can-do attitude
- Great interpersonal skill
- Communication in English is essential and if you speak some mandarin will be preferred by not essential
- Eligible to work in the UK
Experience:
- F&B experiences: 1 year (preferred)

Yi-Fang is a Taiwanese whose family has been planting pineapples for three generations, working long days to make a living. One day, Grandma Yi-Fang turned the overripe pineapples into a wonderful homemade jam. She invented the secret recipe behind our famous drink, the YiFang Fruit Tea, by adding this preserved pineapple jam to the tea she often served her husband.
With every sip, we strive to bring you the warmth and nostalgia of early-Taiwanese hospitality. We infuse each cup of tea with seasonal fruits and local ingredients, never using concentrated juice or artificial flavours. This way, we capture the same taste and experience that Yi Fang created all those years ago.
The number of stores is growing and to keep up with our customer demand, we need special team members, just like you, to join us now, to grow with us and to deliver our quality drinks to our growing customer base and beyond.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
