OB ROLE
As a Manager here at Burgerking your main responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant on a daily basis. Our focus is to give our customers the best possible satisfaction on each and every visit to our store, whether you are running the shift or working along side another manager, you will strive with your team to make this happen. Main duties include, managing and motivating your team, performing stock checks, equipment checks, cash handling, banking, daily data input, answering the telephone and responding to emails, ensuring health and safety, food safety standards are adhered to at all times, keeping the restaurant clean and tidy and rush ready. You will be required to open up the store in the mornings, set up your shift for day ahead and whilst working the night shift, closing down stations getting the restaurant ready for the next day sales.

Previous experience in a leadership role is essential as you will be managing a team of people on a daily basis.
Some basic computer skills needed, good communication skills, flexible, willing to learn and strive for results with a friendly can do attitude. Some knowledge of food safety, health and safety needed and experience of working within a food retail environment. Wage to be communicated in at your interview, whilst training pay meets national minimum wage, once bk certified and full job role training and courses completed you will receive shift manager wage.
