Job description
I am seeking a like-minded Business Partner for my AirBnB business.
We start with 1 property, to grow our portfolio.
You would be the Property Finder and Manager, hence you must have:
- The property ready for Serviced Accommodation
- Knowledge of the legal procedure
- Availability to run the process smoothly
You are required to be:
- Responsive
- Handy to deal with
- Proactive
On my side, I am:
- The investor: I am covering the expenses
- Finance Manager: I control the cash-flow and share the dividends
AREA: all around UK
For the 1st property, I have a budget of 3K (deposit+rent+bills+anything else we need to add), extendable to a total of 5K until we break even.

COMPANY INFO:
- We are co-owners and divide our profit 50/50 every 3 months
- I will be having the 'casting vote' in the scenario of a disagreement, being myself the investor
