Our client in Bury is looking to recruit a Machine Operative for work based out of their manufacturing and distribution site
The role will involve:
- Machine Operating, setting, and programming
- Use of Tooling and other industrial equipment
- Working from drawings & diagrams for product specifications
- Manual lifting & moving off finished products
Working times and pay:
- 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 weekly rotation
- Monday to Friday
- Initially £10.92 p/h increasing to £11.42 p/h once trained
- Further pay increases available up to £12.42p/h
- 40 hours per week paid
Skills/Experience Needed:
- Previous Experience operating Machines essential, experience setting and altering preferred also
- Experience working in a plastics manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read drawings and work from designs with good attention to detail
