ELCONS JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: HR/Employee Relations Advisor
RESPONSIBLE TO: Advice & Legal Services Manager
LIASIONS WITH: Existing Clients, ACAS, Solicitors, New Business Prospects
HOURS OF WORK: FULL TIME 37.5 Hours Monday to Thursday 9.15am to 5.15pm
Friday 9.15am to 4.30pm
Occasional Overnight Stays

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE: To maintain registration with any professional
