fossLED is a lighting manufacturer looking for a full time Warehouse Operative in Rochester, KENT, ME2 4LT! You will play an important role in supporting our growth by fulfilling orders and helping to provide an excellent delivery experience for our customers.

Full time Salary as a Warehouse Operative:

· Yearly: £21,500

· 22 days paid holidays + Bank Holidays + 3 paid days over Christmas.

Full time Shifts:

· Day shift: 8:30am to 5:00pm

· Monday to Friday

The Warehouse Operative role includes:

· Accurately picking orders

· Labelling the parcels ready for collection from our couriers

· Preparing orders for distribution

· Checking goods in

· Breaking bulk and repackaging where necessary

· Checking stock quality

· Breaking down stock deliveries and replenishing picking bins

· Checking the shipments ready for dispatch

· Ensure a high level of housekeeping, keeping the warehouse tidy and free of obstacles.

· Ensure warehouse stock is managed effectively with frequent stock checks.

· Effectively implement H&S policy and company procedures.

Our ideal candidate will:

· Have a minimum of 1-year warehouse experience.

· Have a keen eye for detail.

· Be numerate.

· Thrive in a busy, fast paced warehouse environment.

· Must be an excellent communicator.

· Speak English

· Be a team player but also able to work on own initiative.

· Preferably have or be prepared to undertake IOSHH or formal H&S training Typical hours as a Warehouse Operative.

· Have a full valid UK driving license (or have the means of getting to the warehouse easily).
