Apex Prime Care requires a full-time Senior Carer based in our Worthing area, you must be a dedicated, professional individual who is committed to ensuring good, quality care is delivered and you must be able to cope under pressure within a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promoting care staff personal development,
- Carer spot checks and medication competency checks
- Undertaking new service user assessments and developing their personalised care plan
- Service user reviews
- Supporting the care coordinators when required
- Auditing of medication
- On call duties when required (includes additional payment)
- Working alternative weekends in the community
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
A full driving license and use of your own car are essential. You must have experience in domiciliary care and a completed a level 2 and working towards level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
