We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital receptionist to join our BMW/MINI Division. This is predominantly a work from home role with one day in the office per week which is perfect for anyone who will benefit from being at home and still likes the buzz of coming into the office and being part of an active team.
As a Digital Receptionist you will provide a first class service to all customers who call through to the business in the first instance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work from home yet receive all the fantastic benefits our company has to offer.
Key Objectives for Digital Receptionist;
- To be the first line of communication - for customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- To receive all incoming telephone calls for the various departments in accordance with company policy.
- To deal with customer requirements in an efficient and courteous manner, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of staff to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- To promote excellent customer service skills to help grow the perception and image of the company
- To act as an ambassador representing and demonstrating the brand values.
- To build relationships with colleagues across the division
- To answer all incoming calls in a timely, professional and confident manner.
- assist in finding the right information for customers in a professional manner.
- To take clear messages and deliver them in an efficient way if the member of staff/department is unavailable.
- To maintain an ongoing rapport with all colleagues and customers.
- To maintain communication with your team members to ensure there is adequate cover throughout the day.
- To support other team members with ad hoc duties, etc.
- To understand and promote the internal and manufacturer customer satisfaction programs
- To carry out ad hoc administrative duties as required.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance during any visits to site and whilst attending sessions on zoom/Teams calls etc.
- To ensure attendance at Zoom meetings and maintaining engagement through use of the camera facility at all times.
- To attend training courses as deemed necessary.
- When attending sites ensure that all procedures, policies, and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health and safety are adhered to.
It is also important for you to have a quiet place to work from home, a good broadband connection and be a self-motivator. All equipment will be provided for you.
Previous experience would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided. The hours of work; It will be a 40 hour week with the hours between the following; Monday to Saturday 8am - 6pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm. There will be a rota for the hours at the weekend.
You will be required to work from our office based at Grove Park for 4 weeks during the initial training program starting on 09th May 2023.
