The Role
Over the last fifteen years we have grown extensively in the mobile security field and as such have a range of clients and services (alarm response / mobile patrols / open & lock ups/property inspections) that make us a true mobile security provider.

Remuneration
We are committed to the Living Wage Foundation rates. All new employees start their journey here.
If you consistently deliver the standards and training, we provide, then you can expect to move quickly through our incentive/performance-based system and be earning circa 10% or more over and above the Living Wage rates.
Development – Can you make the Grade?
Once you join us, we have a Grading System for all officers with achievable milestones reflected in increased pay per hour, and the uplift of contractual hours if so desired.
This programme will assist those wanting to make a career in mobile security understand the mechanics of our business and once you have achieved Grade 1, you will be in prime position to progress to a first level supervisory or management role.
Essential Skills
For this role you must have:
A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 3 points.
You must have a valid front line CP / DS / SG - SIA security licence.
