- Champion the customer. Empower your people to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Be present and continously work within your team to share best practice on having great conversations with our customers.
- Ensure appropriate, immediate resolution of escalation calls to support the reduction of complaints. Includes calling customers back within agreed timescales.
- Know every team member and regularly show how important each of them are to you and EE & BT. Have bold conversation, provide specific and timely feedback on any underperformance.
- Understand and advocate all of EE & BT products and services. A deep understanding of EE & BT competitors.
- Motivate, drive and engage the team to go the extra mile and feel excited about EE & BT.
- Have a high performing team by driving standards. Lead by example. Demonstrate the value of getting it right first time and never accept less than the best.
- Own and deliver all business messages and ensure context and understanding has landed with the team.
- Track and be aware of team attendance, absence and attrition - escalate issues to line manager where needed.
- Support the delivery of multipul KPIs and targets and hold your team accountable for delivering their targets.
- Confident and effective communicator - able to listen, influence, guide and convey messages articulately both written and verbally.
- Comfortable using IT systems, databases and software packages - previously experince with data bases, data savvy, email and UC such a Teams.
- Customer service skills - awareness of how to approach and deal with customers wants and needs, setting expectations and providing solutions.
- Track record of achieving/ exceeding targets - motivated and driven by targets, able to focus on outcomes and organise workload to maximise these.
- Adaptable and willing to learn - able to take guidance, constructive feedback and follow processes, flexible to try new methods when guided to do so.
- Sales experience - proven sales skills is essential - ideally from within Telco.
- Leadership - experience of leading in a sales role is advantageous however, even if your leaderships experience is informal or from outside of a working environment (such as sport coaches) this may still be a good role for you. If you are a natural leader, you find it easy to lead and motivate others around you then we want to hear from you!
