Here at Serco, we have an opportunity for a Global Business Analyst to join the team on a 12 month, fixed-term contract basis.
As Global Business Analyst you will, co-ordinate and prioritise HR functional technology change requests and then support the changes until delivery, working closely with the Global Change Lead.
You will also create and maintain operational documentation in relation to the deployed HR technology and hand over into the HRIS team.
Your Main responsibilities:
Participate in problem solving in relation to process, service, and technology issues Manage global process owners on detailing business requirements Manage User stories, testing and sprints in Appian
Obtain detailed change requirements from our customers to share with other internal functions
Prepare End to End test scripts Support the Global Change Leads on the project deliverables, ensuring they are delivered within the project/ change timelines Support Change and Project Requests globally, from testing to documentation to business as usual Supporting various internal teams on best practice and continuous improvement
What you’ll need to do the role:
Ideally you will be working as a Global Business Analyst or similar within a shared service environment and experience either working in Support or Change teams. You will have in-depth knowledge of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors and be a detail conscious individual with strong data analytics.
You will have experience with the full Microsoft Suite particularly Excel.
Experience of reporting using tools such as Ad Hoc Query, Spinifex, or business objects.
Strong Change Management, business case and business planning experience.
Customer focus with experience in delivering enhancements to customer service.
Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels and highly effective written and verbal communication.
Desirable:
Jira, Appian, Boomi, User stories.
